Lobby activities are for some perceived as secretive activities, trying to influence politicians and decision makers. WATERFRONT has a wider perspective on Lobby.
Fundamentally, we differentiate between political dialogue and networking/commercial lobby. We believe that a modern society needs people who facilitate perspectives, clarity and overview of positions in specific areas. Such matters can be political or commercial.
Political Lobby
WATERFRONT’s competencies within the political areas are built on a comprehensive network and in-depth knowledge of the political and administrative systems. These competencies have been established through long-standing involvement and employment within the Danish and European political scene for many years.
Political lobby is applied when a client wishes to present certain views and arguments to authorities and politicians and wishes to either influence or gain insight into the political process. WATERFRONT can also provide lectures and training sessions on various political issues, e.g. if a case a client needs to boost information levels internally on specific areas.
Networking and Commercial Lobby
Networking and Commercial Lobby primarily focus on obtaining relevant information for clients, who wish to enter into new business areas, or to prepare for a targeted acquisition. In these processes, market analysis and complementing research are key components.
